BURNHAM WEEK is just around the corner. Once again the Burnham Sailing Club is hosting the JCC Burnham Week Dinghy Weekend over the three days of 23^rd, 24^th, and 25^th August 2008, consequently we would like help in the following areas:-

LAUNCH PERSONNEL   People to operate the escort launches, who should have the minimum RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualification.  Help is needed on all three days but any help is a great contribution whether one, two or three days.  Please let us know when you are available.

SATURDAY MORNING (23^rd)  0815 to 1030 in the Clubhouse to take entries, book tickets for packed lunches and evening socials.

SATURDAY, SUNDAY and MONDAY       1130 to about 1245  take delivery of packed lunches and distribute them at Creeksea.

SATURDAY and SUNDAY AFTERNOON  (in Clubhouse) Help with preparation of Clubhouse and minor food preparation for evening social (Main meal will already be prepared)

SATURDAY and SUNDAY EVENING (in Clubhouse)  Help with serving meal.

LAST YEAR the band of volunteers helped to make the weekend a great success for the Burnham Sailing Club, please volunteer as soon as possible to ensure this year will be an even greater success.
